How long does my order take to ship?

Your jewellery is made entirely by hand, from the first melt to the final polish. Please allow 10–15 business days for me to craft it especially for you.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this stage I do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

Each piece is individually handcrafted to order, making every item unique. For this reason, I do not offer refunds or returns on purchases.

However, I want you to love your jewellery — if your item doesn’t fit quite right, I’ll gladly adjust the size or make minor alterations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs related to these adjustments.
